• Items must be in their original condition, with intact packaging, labels, and accompanying documents.
• Returns or exchanges must be made within 14 days of receiving the item, unless otherwise agreed individually.

2. Returns for Private Customers

• To initiate a return, please contact us via the Contact page, phone, or email.
• Once the return is approved, you will receive instructions for sending the item back.
• Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless otherwise agreed.
• After receiving and inspecting the item, we will refund the amount to your account.

3. Returns for Partners and Bulk Purchases

• For partners (clinics, salons, private professionals), returns or exchanges are only possible by prior agreement.
• Please contact your manager to arrange return conditions, timelines, and shipping methods.
• Special purchases at partner prices may have individual return terms specified in the contract.

4. Limitations

• Returns are not accepted for items that have been used or have damaged packaging.
• OLIGIO devices and other professional equipment are sold only to legal entities, and returns for these items are only possible by agreement with the company.
