Purchase and Payment

• Find the right product.
• Check the product information and availability. If you’ve found a suitable item, add it to your cart.
• When the cart opens, review your selection and add a promo code if you have one. If you want to continue shopping, click “Continue shopping.”
• If everything is correct, click “Proceed to checkout.”
• During checkout, fields for selecting the preferred date, time, and delivery method will appear. The delivery cost will be displayed after you choose a delivery option. Fill in all required fields — this ensures we can deliver your order quickly and to the correct address.
• The customer can securely pay for the purchase through our payment partner “Montonio.” Select your bank to complete the payment.
• Payment details, including all applicable national taxes and additional fees, are shown on the invoice that will appear on the screen and be sent to your email after order confirmation.
• After completing the payment, click “Return to merchant.”
• If your order has been placed correctly, it will be immediately processed by the online store, and an order confirmation will be sent to your email. Once confirmed, please wait for your order to be fulfilled.

Delivery

The order will be delivered according to the destination and time specified by the customer in the order. The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the order information. If the order cannot be delivered due to incomplete or incorrect details provided by the customer, the customer will bear responsibility for the delivery.
